In a calm and rejuvenating environment, we invite you to slow down, listen to your body, and cultivate lasting well-being through an accessible, supportive, and respectful yoga practice. Within the grounds, discover our geodesic dome, a space designed for harmony and well-being. This impressive structure provides the ideal setting for practicing yoga, allowing you to reconnect with yourself while being in harmony with the surrounding nature.
During the warmer months, classes are held in our magnificent geodesic dome, a true haven open to nature, offering an inspiring and calming setting. As the cooler seasons arrive, sessions take place in our studio, a warm and intimate space equally conducive to practice.
Our approach is based on a simple belief: posture adapts to the body, never the other way around. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, each session is designed to support you in developing your mobility, strength, balance, and presence.
More than just a physical activity, yoga here becomes a true interlude: a moment to breathe, refocus and rediscover what is essential.

Nolwenn, your yoga teacher.
Passionate about well-being and reconnecting with oneself, Nolwenn discovered yoga as a true path of transformation, a practice that allowed her to create a deeper connection between her body, mind, and emotions.
Driven by the desire to share the benefits of yoga, she trained with various teachers and schools to deepen her knowledge of movement, breath, mobility, and supporting the body as a whole. With over 500 hours of training, she continues to enrich her practice to offer varied, mindful sessions tailored to each individual. Gentle, caring, and attentive, Nolwenn guides you with simplicity and authenticity toward a greater understanding of yourself, a more harmonious relationship with your body, and a space for inner reconnection.
Her intention: to gently guide you on the path to well-being, respecting your pace and your sensations.

Through movements that promote joint mobility, muscle flexibility, proprioception, balance, and strength, you explore your body's potential according to your sensations. The goal is to improve posture, develop sustainable mobility, and cultivate a deep connection with yourself. Who is it for? Accessible to anyone wishing to take care of their body, regardless of their fitness level. | YANG YIN: The balance between energy and letting go. This practice combines two complementary energies. The first, more dynamic part stimulates the flow of energy, developing mobility, strength, and vitality. The second invites you to slow down through longer-held postures, promoting deep relaxation and calming the nervous system. A complete practice that nourishes both body and mind, ideal at the end of the day to release tension and restore inner balance. For whom? For anyone wishing to harmonize dynamism and relaxation in an exceptional setting. | HATHA FLOW: The balance between stability and fluidity. Hatha Flow combines the precision of Hatha Yoga with the fluidity of movement guided by the breath. Each session begins with a slow, mindful flow that awakens the body and fosters self-awareness. Strengthening and stretching exercises then support a progressive practice, before concluding with deep relaxation. An ideal session to harmonize body and mind and start the day—or the weekend—with energy and serenity. Who is it for? For beginners as well as experienced practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of yoga in a way that respects the body. |
