Our chef
After various experiences and exchanges with renowned chefs around the world, our chef, Endy, settled at the Domaine more than 5 years ago. In his culinary workshop in the center of the village, just a few minutes from the Domaine, our chef enjoys reinventing local products and instinctively creating refined, gourmet, healthy, and surprising dishes!

We offer seasonal menus all year round except July and August*.
Spring menu: a single menu each day of the week:

Zucchini, goat cheese and cranberry salad
Salmon lasagna
Apple and vanilla dessert

Quiche Lorraine and fresh salad,
Beef carbonnade with cider,
Lemon tart

Pepper salad with a soft-boiled egg and fried onions;
Soy-marinated chicken fillet with
rice noodles and vegetables;
Soft almond biscuit with chocolate ganache

Quinoa, beetroot,
goat cheese and cranberry
; Chicken ballotine stuffed with chorizo,
roasted new potatoes

Roasted asparagus and parmesan salad;
Salmon fillet, ratatouille,
mild spices and pilaf rice;
Duo of raw and cooked apples, chocolate cream

We will send you meal options based on your reservation dates. Meals must be booked at least 72 hours before your arrival. Meals are delivered to your accommodation with heating equipment.

* In July-August, discover our restaurant; the Coq workshop and its grassy amphitheater located at the bottom of the Domaine.
