Discover our menu that changes with the seasons, for creative and friendly cuisine highlighting market products. At the estate, we favor short circuits, organic and sustainable products, produced in accordance with our values. This proximity allows us not only to support the local economy, but also to reduce our carbon footprint.

Table d'hôte menu

For guests of La Pommeraie and Bulle – except July/August.

Stay at the Domaine and enjoy our friendly table d'hôtes in the Pommeraie or outside under the pergola on the terrace.
A unique slate menu, prepared with fresh and seasonal products, will be presented to you a few days before your arrival.

Every evening, a vegetarian alternative is offered.
Price including tax: €33 per person (Starter + Main course + Dessert).

For our guests as well as passing visitors, our wine bar opens its doors in the summer evening from Wednesday to Saturday from 7 p.m.

Our leader

After various experiences and discussions with renowned chefs around the world, our chef, Endy, took up his apron at the Domaine more than 3 years ago. Our chef enjoys revisiting local products and instinctively creating refined, gourmet, healthy preparations full of surprises!
