Anne-Sophie is the founder of Le Coq Enchanté. An estate that is a distillation of her personality, her history, her experience and her aspirations.

A mother of three (including twins), Anne-Sophie worked in the cosmetics industry for 15 years and has managed an interior design and decoration firm for over 20 years. This professional background has honed her keen sense of aesthetics and well-being. It was during her travels in Asia that she discovered and developed a passion for Feng Shui, the ancient Chinese art that aims to harmonize the energy of one's environment to promote well-being. She has consistently applied its principles to her projects, striving to bring harmony and balance. A culmination of her commitment to a better life, Anne-Sophie is the president of the Affienou association, which supports educational development in Africa (the Jacques-Batteur middle and high school in Affienou, in the South Comoè region, currently has 700 students).
After 25 years in the Alps, Anne-Sophie felt the need to return to her roots, to her family's land (her great-grandparents raised chickens in Crèvecœur-en-Auge, and her grandparents ran the butcher shop in the village of Cambremer). For her, the estate that would become Le Coq Enchanté is a place steeped in history, imbued with generations of happy childhood memories. A little corner of paradise, where endless parties under the stars echo, days spent picking raspberries and making jam with her grandmother, summer swims in the old wash house, chases among the apple trees, autumn weekends playing cards around a hot chocolate by the fireplace… This magical place has brought her so much joy, and its poetry such a source of inspiration, that it was only natural for her to want to share it.
And it is with all her sensitivity that she developed this project, driven by the desire to rehabilitate, preserve and enhance the land of her ancestors, to sublimate this timeless bubble, to design for you a refuge focused on nature, rejuvenation and the gentle way of life, to create a crossroads of values and encounters.
What motivates her today is being supported by a team that shares her values and putting them together for the benefit of the Domaine. It's about showcasing the Normandy region, which she considers the most beautiful. It's about offering guests of Le Coq Enchanté a truly rejuvenating experience.
