Have you ever tasted teurgoule , this melt-in-your-mouth rice pudding, often flavored with cinnamon, which cooks in the oven for many hours? ( Maison Dutel , La Teurgoule de Cambremer ).

And what if you left with a basket filled with products with the good taste of the land? vegetables , guaranteed seasonal and organic (Erwin at Ferme de la Mimarnel, Le Jardin d'Antoine in Gerrots), honey ( Augustin Renault, Florence Lingrand ), eggs and poultry ( Maison Dutel ), herbal teas , syrups and flavored salts ( Les Jardins d'Archibald ).
