We create all of our recipes in our culinary lab at the heart of the town of Cambremer.
Our chef revisits local recipes depending on his mood, his cravings, and of the seasons.
All our recipes are prepared using carefully selected fresh and seasonal products.
We favor local products and small local producers.
If curiosity and creativity were the guiding thread of the professional life of our chef Alex, it was also the exchange with renowned chefs and the experience in unique places such as La Ferme Saint Siméon, at Honfleur, that passed on
the passion for cooking.
Our chef loves playing with taste and textures, and he gets his
inspiration from his experiences from all over France to surprise your senses and please your taste buds.
We favor local, organic, and well-studied products. The estate’s kitchen works mainly with PDO and CDO products. All our products are processed at the estate
and are home-made.
The restaurant L’Atelier du Coq is open during the summer, from May to September, Monday to Saturday evenings.
